Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 14 days after confirmed delivery. If delivery has not been confirmed, the return window has not started.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or nonconforming items are covered by the remedies required by law. Those rights are not limited to the 14-day period and are never waived.

Items marked as non-returnable before purchase are excluded from voluntary returns; the statutory remedies above still apply to them.
