MALKOT Community Guidelines

Version 1.0 · Effective October 27, 2026

Welcome to the MALKOT Community

The MALKOT Community is a private space for MALKOT Community Members to connect, talk, share ideas, support one another and share things that may be useful or interesting to the Community.

We want this to be a welcoming, respectful and useful space. These Guidelines explain the basic rules for participating.

1. Be respectful

Treat other Members with respect and kindness.

Different opinions, experiences, cultures and beliefs are welcome. Disagreement is fine; personal attacks, harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, hate speech or deliberately abusive behavior are not.

2. Share and participate freely

Members are welcome to start conversations, ask questions, share experiences, exchange information, comment on other Members' posts and participate in the Community in their own way.

You do not need to post regularly. Reading and following the conversation is also participation.

3. Links and self-promotion are welcome

You may share legitimate external links, including links to your website or business; project or organization; event or activity; social-media page; video, article or other content; or other lawful work or initiative.

Legitimate self-promotion is welcome. Please keep it relevant and reasonable, and do not repeatedly post the same promotional material in a way that becomes spam.

MALKOT does not endorse a website, business, product, service or other third-party content merely because a Member shares it in the Community.

4. Keep the Community safe

Do not use the Community to post or promote scams, fraud, malicious links, illegal activity, malware or content intended to deceive or harm other people.

Do not attempt to interfere with the Community, another Member's account or the security of the MALKOT platform.

5. Respect privacy

The Community is private and available only to eligible Members, but please use good judgment when deciding what personal information to share.

Do not publish another person's sensitive, private or confidential information without appropriate permission or another lawful basis for doing so.

MALKOT cannot guarantee that another Member will not copy, screenshot or share something outside the Community. Please keep this in mind before posting.

6. Share only content you have the right to share

You are responsible for what you post.

Do not post material that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

If you share someone else's work, make sure you have the right to do so and give appropriate credit where applicable.

7. Report problems

If you see a post or comment that you reasonably believe violates these Guidelines or the MALKOT Terms of Use, please use the Community reporting feature.

Reports are reviewed by MALKOT administrators. Please use reporting responsibly and do not use it simply because you disagree with another Member.

8. Moderation

MALKOT may review reported Community content and may take reasonable action when necessary to protect Members and the Community.

Depending on the circumstances, MALKOT may dismiss a report, hide or remove content, restore content, or suspend or reinstate a Member's Community access.

Moderation decisions should be based on these Guidelines, the MALKOT Terms of Use, safety, applicable law and the circumstances of the particular situation.

9. Deleted and moderated content

Members may delete their own posts and comments from normal Community visibility.

Deleted or moderated content, reports and moderation records may be retained for the period described in the MALKOT Privacy Policy where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance or protection against fraud and abuse.

10. Community access

Access to the MALKOT Community is a benefit available to eligible Community Members.

MALKOT may suspend Community access when reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Guidelines, the Terms of Use, safety requirements or applicable law.

Suspension from the Community does not by itself change a person's other relationship with MALKOT unless separately stated.

11. Think before you post

The Community works best when Members communicate as they would in a respectful group of people they know.

Before posting, consider whether you would be comfortable sharing the same message with the other Members of the Community.

You remain responsible for the content you choose to share.

12. Changes to these Guidelines

MALKOT may update these Guidelines as the Community develops.

If a material change requires Members to accept a new version before continuing to participate, MALKOT will present the updated Guidelines for acceptance.

Acceptance

By participating in the MALKOT Community after these Guidelines become effective, you agree to follow the then-current Community Guidelines and the applicable MALKOT Terms of Use.
