In effect from October 27, 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes how MALKOT Foundation handles voluntary donations and requests related to them. It applies only to donations. Purchases of classes, sessions, events or shop items are separate transactions governed by their own terms and by the Terms of Use.
2. Voluntary donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to support the Foundation's mission. A donation does not purchase goods or services and does not create membership, enrollment or any other entitlement.
Donations are processed through the payment channel shown on the donation page at the time of giving. The Foundation does not store full card details.
3. Tax treatment
Any statement about tax status appears on the donation page. The Foundation does not guarantee any particular tax result for a donor; please consult your own tax advisor.
4. Refund requests
Refunds of donations are not automatic. Requests are reviewed case by case, in accordance with applicable law, for example where a payment was made in error, charged twice, or made in an unintended amount.
Requests should be sent in writing to info@malkot.org, describing the date, amount and reason. Staff verify the request against existing records and the donor's identity before any action; an email alone is not verification.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives a donor or a card holder.
5. Receipts and records
Receipts and annual statements are released only for confirmed gifts and only after identity verification. Donor records are never public.
6. Status of this document
This policy is in effect from October 27, 2026 and applies to donations made on or after that date. It does not apply retroactively; donations made earlier are governed by the information shown at the time of the gift and the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use continue to apply alongside this policy.
